At the NWS Training Center, our focus is to help employees of the NWS disseminate scientific information to core partners and the public, as well as advancing the professional abilities of NWS employees. I’m involved in projects that train employees in the NWS to offer IDSS and improve the professional culture of the NWS through mentoring, leadership development, and communication skills.
