Petar Bukovcic

Research Scientist

The primary topic of the research work is polarimetric measurements of winter precipitation (focus on dry snow). Development and testing of polarimetric relations for snowfall estimation and ice microphysics retrievals with polarimetric radar are core research components. Part of the work involves calibration, data acquisition, basic maintenance and deployment of in situ instruments (2D Video Disdrometer, rain and snow gauges, etc..).
