A CIMMS researcher is being recognized by the Association for Talent Development’s One to Watch program.
Megan Taylor, a CIMMS research associate, was recognized by the program and featured by their staff in June. Taylor works with the National Weather Service Training Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
This is the second recognition for Taylor this year. She was named an Emerging Training Leader by Training magazine in March 2017.
ATD is a professional membership organization that supports those developing knowledge and skills in as employees in organizations around the world. The organization supports talent development by providing resources and content in the form of books, webcasts, events and other tools.
